<description>Hello. I'm trying to get an email for melanie so I can get a photo (hopefully) of my special friend who was baptized a few weeks ago. I was there last night (Christmas Eve) to support him. I just wanted to say that I found the service to be very Christ-honoring, Scripture-based and well put together. The singing was fantastic! And the base player was AWESOME! My friend seems to have put on the new man . . . I am still in shock. A good shock. Jesus is the answer -- and I think my brotherman going through your program knows better than anyone what I told him from the beginning - people are sinners just like you and me and they will fail you some time or another. I will fail you. Count on it. But Jesus NEVER FAILS! God bless you all for your kindness to my friend, who I have prayed for . . . whose life I begged for, cried over, begged people to pray for, lost sleep over that guy! But it was all worth it. Thank you for being the means the Lord has used. My friend sings a new song . . . and is a sight for sore eyes. No longer emaciated, no longer imprisoned in besetting sin and misery of a life out of control -- but looks like a healthy man! Looks like a different person and I wouldn't have recognized him--till I heard his voice. God bless all of you at Geneva Park -- I cried all night . . . but it was a great, wonderful cry to God for His Mercy, Justice and Grace - Jesus Lives!!!!!
