Melissa has the task no one wants – paying the bills!  She  keeps  the  books,  writes  the  checks  and  s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-s the  money when  times  are  tight.  She handles a large quantity of paperwork,  putting  her  great  organizational  skills  to  use.  Melissa also handles  special  projects  and  occasionally works  at  the  thrift store  (she’s  probably  the  one  sorting  the  baby  clothes  –  she loves ‘em!).

Nancy knows the pain of a life of addiction. After surrendering her life to Christ, God delivered her from her empty lifestyle and now uses her to minister to others in similar circumstances. In addition to keeping up with the day-to-day details of Victory Home, Nancy screens potential residents.

Melanie (Pastor Mike’s wife) oversees the Victory Home Thrift Store.  She’d spend every waking hour there if she could – she loves junk!
